Adding Page Dividers

Why Use Page Dividers?

Page Dividers provide a simple solution for visually splitting up your page, giving different areas of content a clear delineation and room to "breathe". The new site provides two dividers by default, a simple gray horizontal divider, and a branded maroon divider marked with the Colgate "C".


Adding Page Dividers

  1. Open the editor for the piece of content you'd like to add columns to. (See Accessing the Page Editor if you're not sure how)
  2. In the Sections area of the editor, either add a new section or click Edit on an existing section.
  3. Under Content, click the arrow of the drop-down menu. By default, the drop-down displays Add Text. Choose "Add Divider" from the drop-down menu. 
  4. In the Style drop-down box, choose "- None -" for the gray divider, or "Branded" for the maroon divider with the C.
